It has taken a long time to actually make this website. Typical procrastination and the fact that it was more of a pet project to start with taking less priority than other jobs meant that it has been just over a year since I started paying to host the site to when I actually added my filmography and designed it.
Whilst I wanted predominantly to learn from the process and develop the skills to build it, it was also constructed with the intention of putting my work out there to be accessible to past and future clients, colleagues, friends, and family. Arguably the process of creating the showreel was longer and more arduous in terms of effort, and at the time of writing yet to be finished, there was little opportunity to share the showreel without this site, so necessitating it’s creation.
On here, I hoped to create a professional platform to allow others to explore my work, find a way to get in contact with me, and help potential clients understand me better, naturally in the interest of getting more work. Whilst it obviously helps to see my filmography, I also wanted to write a bit more about myself so that trust can be built up easier if and when a client approaches me.
To that end, I ask you to first look at my showreel (found on the landing page) and then explore my filmography. From that, I hope that you can see that I have worked on-and-off for a number of years now on a range of feature productions, fictional, non-fictional, serial productions, and short films.
I will continue to work on this site and improve however I can, offering more about my work and self as I go along.
